Deputy Cary York of the Russell County Kentucky Sheriff’s Office made a traffic stop for minor violations and as he approached the car an occupant opened fire striking him several times on his Second Chance® Armor. Deputy York moved to cover and returned fire. He was treated and released from the hospital.
