Hit with a 40 S&W 1″ from the edge on his chest. He was patting down a driver for whom he had received a noise (loud radio) complaint on. The driver pulled the semi auto and shot him and fled. Officer Brown gave chase, the assailant encountered other officers who responded to the shots fired call – the assailant raised his weapon to fire and was killed by the responding officers.
