On March 10, 2010, Trooper Lars Gardner was responding to a traffic collision when a vehicle failed to yield and hit Trooper Gardner’s car. Thanks to the officer’s GH Lite Level II armor, he did not sustain any major injuries and was treated and released from the hospital.
