Officer Jason Eagan

Robbins Police Department - Illinois Saves Club

On December 28th, 2006, Officer Jason Eagan was working for the Robbins Illinois Police Department when he was ambushed by multiple armed assailants in a housing project. The assailants were armed with 9mm and .38 caliber handguns. Officer Eagan was hit once in the chest and a second round went through his right bicep. His patrol vehicle was hit numerous times. Officer Eagan’s Safariland® Gold GIIIA 1.0 level IIIA armor stopped the round to his chest. Officer Eagan was able to identify one of the assailants who plead to charges in the incident.

Officer Eagan is back on active duty and now with the Carol Stream Police Department.

We welcome Officer Jason Eagan as Save #2228 to The Safariland Group Saves Club®.
