The Steiner MPS is my current favorite mailbox-style red dot on the market. I’ve run mine on an HK VP9 Match for quite some time—and I love it. I find it a little better than the Aimpoint ACRO—which is also an excellent optic. It really comes down to preference.
So yes, I am excited that Steiner is doubling down on the MPS and introducing an updated version: the MPS 2.0.

ZOOMING OUT
I think this is a nice, generational update for the MPS. All the updates focus on improving what is already a good optic rather than introducing something entirely new. I’ve been impressed with the MPS I own and can’t wait to try out the new 2.0.
