Patrol Officer Thomas Fallon is alive today because he bought and used a piece of optional police department equipment, an armored vest. On April 29,1977 while on duty, Fallon was shot in the back but he didn’t even realize it until he got home from work that morning and was undressing for bed. Fallon noticed a hole in his shirt and he also noticed a hole in his Second Chance® vest with the .22 caliber slug still in it.
We welcome Patrol Officer Thomas Fallon, SAVE #87, to The Safariland Group SAVES CLUB®.
