Commander Minnick was Beechinor’s partner (SAVE 212) in the squad car. Minnick’s chest and Second Chance® vest flew out of the shoulder harness and in to the radio console and shotgun rack, tearing them from their bolted positions on the dashboard. However, Minnick was saved from any serious chest injury due to his vest.
