Officer Elliott was on a call to an “attempted suicide.” A dirt berm blocked his vision at an intersection with a red light. Elliott thought he could make it but didn’t. Neither did the car and driver. They met nose to nose under the traffic signal. Elliott’s Second Chance® vest gave him just that according to his doctors, a second chance.
