A father was threatening his two small sons with a knife when Officer Delaney arrived on the scene. Delaney was able to get the two youngsters to safety and started to handcuff the father when he pulled a 10″ knife and stabbed Delaney. The knife cut through the uniform shirt but could not penetrate his Second Chance® Y2 protected chest.
