Vice detectives Dwight Stalls and J.T. Henderson were first through the door in a cocaine bust. Stalls, producing his badge, was met with a .38 slug just below the navel. Stalls, wearing a Second Chance® Investigator Jacket, felt the punch from the slug but was able to return fire at his assailant hitting him in the arm and leg.
