Officer Donald Strilchuck was responding to an “officer needs assistance” call when he broadsided a car in the middle of a U-turn. Dr. Minardi wrote a brief note explaining what would have happened had Strilchuck not been wearing his Second Chance® body armor, “Don’s Second Chance® vest saved his life during a severe motor vehicle accident. With his job, he should not be without one.”
