Investigator Tredore was part of a narcotics entry team executing a drug search warrant. After the team made entry into the house, a suspect, who was hiding in a closet, fired at him with a .357 Magnum from approximately 5-10 feet. Tredore was hit in the right side. Investigator Tredore was admitted to the Medical College of Georgia Hospital after the shooting and underwent exploratory surgery. The actual bullet was found in his vest. Tredore stated, “I was wearing a Second Chance® Ultima Level II vest which stopped the bullet and no doubt saved my life.”
We welcome Investigator James Tredore, SAVE #839, to The Safariland Group SAVES CLUB®.
