Officer Cesar Colmenares was notified that a suspect was in the area with a gun. He and his partner started a search. The suspect was hiding behind a bush by an abandoned house and he came out from behind the bush and shot Officer Colmenares 5 times use a ROSSI .38 Caliber.Luckily, Colmenares was wearing his Second Chance® SMF Featherlite III-A Armor with a K-30 Plate which stopped the bullets and saved his life.
