FEATURES

Beretta expands its M9A4 lineup with the Overlanding Series, a trail-ready variant that combines proven performance with outdoor-focused enhancements. Built on the M9A4 platform, each pistol features an RDO-compatible slide and a ½-28 threaded barrel, enabling easy optic integration and suppressor use, while tritium night sights ensure visibility in low-light conditions.

The Vertec frame features a 3-slot Picatinny rail, a beveled magwell, and an oversized magazine release, providing shooters with greater control and faster handling. A Type G decocker and an ambidextrous slide safety add versatility, complemented by a short-reset trigger bar that enables quicker follow-up shots.

Finished in durable Cerakote options such as Lunar, Clay, and Nomad Bronze, the series is built to withstand harsh environments. Each model includes a wraparound grip, two magazines in 10-, 15-, or 18-round configurations, and an overland kit with a flashlight, compass, and 10mm socket, rounding out a capable, adventure-driven package.

ZOOMING OUT

It’s cool to see manufacturers issue exclusives that cross over into other industries. And trust me, there are a lot of overlanders who are into firearms. This series will appeal to them.
