The SIG Sauer P365 debuted at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas in January 2018. Since then, it has achieved tremendous success, fundamentally changing the concealed carry market that was previously dominated by the Smith & Wesson Shield.
Since that debut, Sig Sauer has launched numerous P365 variants with different frame sizes, slide lengths, colors, compensated models, and more. It’s difficult to keep up with all of them—honestly. What’s interesting is that the concealed-carry gun offers a near-full-size option with the Fuse model.
Sig Sauer has now doubled down on the P365-FUSE with an all-new compensated variation.

FEATURES
This new version of the P365-FUSE features a slide-integrated expansion chamber (or comp…) paired with a 3.7” barrel, providing flatter shooting and less muzzle rise without increasing size or bulk. Rugged FUSE slide serrations ensure confident operation in any condition, while the flat-faced, striker-fired trigger keeps the shot consistent and smooth.
The top-mounted ROMEO-X SIG-LOC Compact optic is factory-installed, fully enclosed, sealed, and gas-purged. It is then secured from below using the SIG-LOC system for industry-leading lockup strength. This system also offers a low deck height that supports co-witnessing with standard iron sights. A side-mounted battery makes optic swaps easier without removal.
The polymer grip module includes a 1913 accessory rail and interchangeable backstraps in small, medium, and large sizes, complemented by X-RAY3 day/night sights. Included with the pistol are one 17-round and two 21-round steel magazines, making it a robust firearm built for tough use and rapid fire from the start.
ZOOMING OUT
I’ve owned and used several versions of the P365 and am a big fan of the platform. It offers a lot of modularity, and because it uses a serialized Fire Control Unit, you can customize the platform to suit your needs. The new FUSE Comp offers the versatility of full-size pistols in a slimmer profile, making it a versatile, all-in-one solution.
