ONTARIO California – Safariland® congratulates Team Safariland members for their overall success at this year’s USPSA Handgun Nationals held at the Southern Utah Shooting Sports Park in St. George, Utah. Using their Safariland ELS Belt System throughout each event, Julie Golob and Maggie Reese placed second and third (respectively) in the Ladies Production Division, while Michael Voigt won High Senior and placed twelfth overall in the Open Division.
Held on Sept. 21-28, The USPSA Handgun Nationals consisted of 28 stages designed to test the skills of all competitors in four divisions. “We took our ELS belts with several different holsters and mag pouches and were able to transition from match to match, and then stage to stage in literally seconds. We trust in our Safariland gear and it performed great during these specially-designed stages,” mentioned Reese.
With this match completed, the team is staying consistent with their training since they are expected at the IPSC World Shoot that is just around the corner. Reese and Golob will be representing the US Ladies Production Division and Voigt will be with the US Men’s Open team.
