Officer Anhut and his partner responded to a disturbance on a locally chartered bus. Several students were celebrating an early “78 Easter holiday by tearing up their school bus. The perpetrators were asked to leave the vehicle, refused, and were politely shown the way off by Anhut and his partner. The students began to hit, stomp, and kick the officers. Backup help came and the students fled. Anhut picked himself up off the ground and his partner pulled a ball point pen from between the shoulder blades of his Second Chance® vest.
