Detective Henderson was involved in an automobile accident, His cruiser was struck on the passenger side by another vechile. His injuries included a broken neck, shoulder dislocation, a cracked rib and severe bruising. Detective Henderson was involved in a previous incident on 9/14/1985 while wearing a Second Chance® vest.
