A dangerous altercation between Sgt. David Emerson and three members of a motorcycle gang may have taken Emerson’s life, if not for his Second Chance® vest. The vest stopped a 5″ blade from entering his body, leaving him with only skinned knees, extensive bruising and bite marks on his arms. Emerson strongly believes that his vest saved him from what could have been a horrible event.
