During a narcotics raid by the Cleveland SWAT Team, the suspect fired a shotgun loaded with pellets at the officers. Officer Hill was hit in the nose by a pellet. He later discovered that his vest had been hit with more pellets. This was a special vest that had been developed by a reserach committee. It was called AK 47 Cleveland Tactical.
