The picture Officer Cavallaro told his story without him saying a word. An overturned ambulance, that had flipped three times had Cavallaro convinced his number was up. However, Cavallaro was wearing his Second Chance® vest and managed to break the steering wheel in half due to the impact, but sustained no injuries to his body.
