The counts were: driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to a blue light, reckless driving, speeding….and assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon (his car). The suspect plead guilty and received a 90-day suspended sentence, one year probation and a $180.00 fine. If it were not for his Second Chance® vest, Officer Hall probably would sustained fatal injuries.
