Officer Barry Colicelli’s Second Chance® vest became an insulator when 4600 volts of electricity entered his body during a rescue attempt. According to the doctors who examined Colicelli after the incident, it was his vest that made the difference in this life or death situation. The vest not only saved Colicelli’s life, but also allowed him to successfully rescue the young that he was performing rescusitation to.
