Deputy Anslum was responding to a call regarding telephone harassment. While talking with the suspect, Deputy Anslum noticed a marijuana cigarette in the ashtray next to the chair the suspect was sitting in. Deputy Anslum called for back up. Sometime after the back up arrived, the suspect pulled a revolver out of the chair cushion and fired at Deputy Anslum hitting him in the right chest. Deputy Anslum was not injured.
