When the paramedics arrived, they were puzzled for a second because they couldn’t hear my heartbeat. Then they discovered I was wearing a Second Chance® vest. Now that’s what I call concealable. Those are the words of Officer Billy Hallman. He was involved in a accident on his motorcycle when a station wagon failed to yield the right of way and came into his path. Thirty feet (in the air) later, Hallman landed flat on his back suffering bruises, contusions and lower back pain. However, he dodged severe chest and back injuries due to his vest.
