While investigating a possible break-in at the Selma High School, Officer Gass had an encounter with a subject who had more than school spirit inside his body. During the ensuing struggle, the suspect grabbed Gass” 9mm S&W Model 59. The next thing Gass knew was that a 115gr JHP had become lodged between the few layers of his Second Chance® vest. Unfortunately, the last thing Gass” assailant heard, on this earth, was the return fire from the backup unit.
