Deputy Joe Leeds made a traffic stop and while approaching the vehicle the rear passenger rolled down his window and shot Deputy Leeds 4 times in the chest with a .22 cal. Deputy Leeds was able to move to cover and return fire. His Second Chance® Armor stopped all 4 rounds. The assailants fled and are still at large.
