On October 31, 2016, Security Officer Miron Sojourney was walking to work when he was attacked by two assailants. He was initially struck by the first attacker and then shot in the back by the second assailant.
At the hospital, they discovered that his ABA® XT2-1 Level II armor stopped the round that hit his back. The assailants are still at large and Security Officer Sojourney has returned to work.
