Sixteen minutes from the end of his 4 a.m. shift, Officer Frazier clocked two oncoming care in excess of 70 MPH on his radar. As they passed Frazier the second car lost control and plowed into his police unit pushing it back 30 ft. into a tree. Frazier was off recouping from what could have been fatal injuries for almost a year. “The doctors who attended me were astounded that I had no chest or back injuries due to the accident and contribute this to the wearing of my Second Chance® vest.
