The pictures of Officer Kull’s car proved it had made it only half way under the tractor trailer that pulled into his path on the way to work. The last half doesn’t have a scratch on it. The same happened to Kull. The only part of his body that didn’t have a scratch on it was where he was protected by his Second Chance® vest.
