When it came time to buy a vest, Officer Thomas J. Larsen had to sell one of his handguns to cover the cost. Kathy, his wife and daughter Jenny feel that is was a pretty sound investment. On June 29, 1982, enroute to an emergency call, Larsen was involved in a collision with a cement truck. The truck pushed in the passenger side of the police unit to where Larsen was trapped between the two doors. He was able to walk away from his $10,000 totaled car thanks to his earlier investment in Second Chance®.
We welcome Officer Thomas J. Larsen, SAVE #270, to The Safariland Group SAVES CLUB®.
