Officer Beaumont was on his way home after his work shift when a car coming from the opposite direction swerved into his lane causing a nasty head-on collision. The steering wheel took the shape of Beaumont’s chest but his Second Chance® vest took the brunt of the force keeping Beaumont from critical internal injuries.
