Officer Jagielski was working on a “plainclothes” assignment involving the trafficking of narcotics. On the night of May 17, 1973, Officer Jagielski and several other agents engaged in a “bust”. As Jagielski was about to enter a residence, a shot pierced the door and hit him in the chest. The round, a .38 caliber slug, was found embedded in his Second Chance® vest.
We welcome Officer Ronald Jagielski, SAVE #3, to The Safariland Group SAVES CLUB®.
