Corporal Romeril was running flashing lights and siren to a call when another car hit Romeril causing him to come to an abrupt stop against a utility pole. Romeril chose Second Chance® armor nine years prior and it was his choice that paid off in this accident. Dr. Halstead, attending physician, verifies the vest acted as an “extra cushion” distributing the force of impact over a greater area of Romeril’s chest reducing the force per unit area.
