Hall, after a foot chase, was attempting to arrest a B&E suspect. In a brief struggle, the suspect grabbed Hall’s gun from his holster and fired a direct hit into Hall’s chest, protected by his Second Chance® armor. The suspect then fired two more shots, hitting Hall in the hand and leg. The suspect was later apprehended and Hall recovered from the wounds he received outside his protected torso.
