After stopping a driver for a violation, a man came over to Lieutenant Keigley’s patrol car while he was still sitting in it. While standing outside the car, the man smashed the driver’s side window and began slashing at Keigley with a knife. Keigley received multiple stab wounds to his face and left hand as he reached for his weapon. Keigley emptied his revolver at the man striking him three times. Keigley’s Second Chance® Model Y armor stopped all chest slashes.
We welcome Lieutenant Raymond Keigley, SAVE #394, to The Safariland Group SAVES CLUB®.
