Two months after the purchase of his Second Chance® vest, Officer Mark Bogan relied on it to save his life. His police cycle developed an uncontrollable high-speed wobble and caused Bogan to hit the asphalt at 70 MPH. According to Bogan, “without my Second Chance® vest there would have been little or nothing left of my back or chest.” As a result of the accident Bogan’s uniform, boots and cycle motor were a total loss.
