During a domestic fight Officer Tonkovich was called on to break-up. When he arrived on the scene Tonovich was pushed backward, falling on the axle shaft of a bike laying on the ground. Penetration into Tonkovich’s body was prevented due the Second Chance® armor he was wearing during the call.
