Constable John Morgan was wearing his 12-year old Second Chance® vest when he was on motorcycle patrol and was broadsided by another motor vehicle. Morgan was tossed in the air and landed contacting the motor vehicle with his entire right side. ER physicians concluded Morgan’s injuries would have been much more severe had it not been for his trusted Second Chance® vest.
