Garrison stopped a vehicle for a license violation and noticed two VCRs in the backseat of the car. On questioning the driver and passenger, they exited their vehicle attacking the officer. One came at him with a knife, the other shooting twice with a .25 handgun. Garrison had borrowed a Second Chance® Y2A vest and was wearing it at the time. Both slugs were stopped in his concealed armor.
