Officer Uhles waited to write to Second Chance®, until he could tell us the “doper” who shot him was leaving for a 20-year vacation in prison. “Better 10,000 dopers in prison than one police officer in the grave,” writes Uhles. His wife and two children thanked us for giving her husband and their father a “second chance”
