Officer Revore has the distinction of becoming Second Chance’s® FIRST recorded ULTIMA armor “save”. Revore was shot, from a distance of less than 30″, in his left wrist, left bicep, right shoulder above the vest and in the left chest about an inch into his Ultima IIA concealed vest. His assailant then jumped into his truck and tried to escape. Revore, now shooting one handed, shot at the truck seven times striking the driver twice, a neck wound and an upper shoulder hit. Revore was “hit with slugs from a .38”, reported Lt. Tim Bourgiois.
