Sgt. Carr responded to a call of a man with a gun. Very shortly after arriving on the scene of the incident, Carr was shot in the face, neck and Second Chance® 322ZII concealed body armor with a 20-ga shotgun. The pellets did not penetrate the armor but Carr was going for doctor’s appointments for a month for removal of the pellets that had penetrated his face and neck.
We welcome Sergeant Gary Carr, SAVE #804, to The Safariland Group SAVES CLUB®.
