Officer Blackman was on duty on his motorcycle. He stopped behind a pick-up truck at a red light. A DUI struck him from behind. Blackman was ejected from his cycle and his chest struck the tailgate of the truck in front of him. Paramadics stated that his Second Chance® Ultima IIIA protected him from more severe chest injuries.
