Trooper Bailey was driving on a state road doing the 60mph speed limit when another car pulled directly into the path of Bailey’s unit. The T-bone impact nearly killed the other driver but thanks to Bailey’s Second Chance® Monarch IIA with a K30 plate, he was able to survive the impact with minor injuries.
