While performing an OUI stop on the interstate, Officer Johny Lloyd was out of his patrol car and was struck from behind and hit on his back from a Ford F150. The driver of the truck was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. According to Officer Lloyd’s physician, the Second Chance® Body Armor that Lloyd was wearing was “critical in saving him from further injury”.
