Executing a Federal Drug Warrant as part of a swat team. Upon breaching of the front door, suspect fired three shots from inside residence. All three rounds struck Officer Adolfo Perez. Two rounds struck his Second Chance® Tactical Vest and one round penetrated his left forearm.
