Shot with a Winchester-1st bullet was a #9 Bird Shot. The rest were # 1 Buck Shots. On September 2, 2006 Investigator Gary A. Hardy responded to a domestic complaint in the town of Victoria. Upon arriving at the residence, Investigator hardy determined that the subject of the complaint had left. While Hardy was talking to the occupants of the house, the suspect returned and removed an automatic Browning 12 Gauge Shot Gun. Suspect then took aim and fired at Hardy. Hardy was struck in the left upper arm with the first blast. The second shot was to the back of Hardy’s Second Chance® vest.
