40 Cal. MP5 assault Riffle. ERT Entry for CSDA search warrant and Boyd was in plaincloths inside the building assisting entry by ERT when ERT entered the building, one ERT member mistook Boyd for a possible suspect and shot him once on the left side of his chest.
