In the spring of 2025, Ruger announced its partnership with Dead Air Silencers for the RXD line of suppressors. The initial offerings included the RXD22Ti and the RXD30Ti. These were all-new, ground-up designs created to complement Ruger’s platform. They have gained widespread market acceptance, especially the RXD22Ti (I’m currently waiting on a Form 4 to process one). To expand the lineup, Ruger and Dead Air have announced the RXD910Ti.

The RXD910Ti is the third advanced suppressor created and produced by Dead Air Silencers, licensed by Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., to complement Ruger’s innovative firearm designs. FEATURES
Built around Dead Air’s patented Triskelion baffle system, this 9mm-optimized suppressor is notably quiet and still reduces the sharp crack of 10mm, all while controlling backpressure and recoil. Additive manufacturing enables the baffles to be formed as a single, continuous piece of 6AL4V titanium, resulting in a remarkably strong yet lightweight can that weighs just 11.4 ounces with the piston installed.
Forward porting actively shears and redirects gas toward the muzzle, resulting in softer recoil and faster sight recovery. Designed specifically to complement Ruger firearms, the RXD910Ti fits well on platforms like the Ruger-5.7, RXM, LC Carbine, PC Carbine, Ruger American Gen II, and Marlin Model 1894.
It comes with a 1/2-28 nitride-finished 17-4 PH stainless steel piston, a Level III hard-coat anodized 7075 aluminum front cap for R-series cross-compatibility, plus an installation tool and Quick-Start Guide—because performance should also be simple to use. Of course, this suppressor isn’t limited to Ruger firearms; it will work with any caliber with the proper attachment.
ZOOMING OUT
Suppressors are mainstream. That’s the theme of 2026. The addition of the RXD910Ti is a natural development of the already successful RXD line. At $999.00, it aligns with similar products.
